Active Duty Transport FAQ
By primarily serving those moving from one military station to another within our service area, we are able to better control our loads and routing schedules. We don't cater to everyone, only our Active Duty Service personnel that frequently transfer between these points
1. You must be an active duty member of one of the following: US Army, US Air Force, US Marines, US Navy, US Coast Guard, or US Space Force, 2. You agree to a flex schedule with date of pickup and delivery to be set within a 14-day service window.
Yes, Veterans and 1st Responders receive a 10% discount off our FX (Flex) service options which along with our XP (Express VIP) service is available to civilians.
No, our rates are inclusive of all featured benefits of riding with Active Duty Transport including: 24/7 Video and GPS access while your ride is with us, special loading and protective gear use, and our exclusive free pre delivery fueling and wipe down service.
Prior to receiving and loading your ride, we perform a video inspection of your motorcycle, trike, or ATC, documenting any pre move damage or deviation in surfaces. When delivered, another video inspection is completed on delivery to ensure no new damage has occurred (Both videos are posted for your reference)
In this case, you should select our XP (Express VIP) service option, which dedicates the entire ride and contents of trailer to your move. You can transport up to 3-motorcycles, or fill remaining trailer space with other pre-approved property, with just a small additional handling fee, and also specify the exact dates for pickup and delivery.
